Through this initiative, we will provide training, coaching, and mentoring on project management, with a focus on navigating projects during times of crisis. This initiative is designed to empower NGOs with the necessary tools and strategies to manage resources, time, and stakeholders more effectively, ensuring that their projects create a meaningful impact where it is needed most.
