Rental Fees : 150$/225000L.L. per month
Payment one month in Advance
125$ deposit. given by moving in and returned on sorting out.

AC : 10$ per month per person
Leaving the dorm should be informed at least 2 weeks in advance, otherwise you could loose the deposit
Top Location : Directly at the entrance of the university.
Only for girls, no entrance for boys.
