في بلدة المختارة – الشوف، وضعت رئيسة البلدية وعضوات المجلس البلدي والناشطات المحليات نصب أعينهنّ هدفاً طموحاً: خلق مساحة مستدامة للتعلم والتفاعل. ومن خلال المشاركة في تدريبات متخصصة حول الحوكمة البلدية والمشاركة العامة، تمكنت المشاركات من تحديد احتياجات المجتمع وتطوير حلول مستدامة.

واستناداً إلى هذه الرؤية، تم إطلاق مبادرة لتجهيز "قاعة تدريب" وتحويلها إلى مركز مجتمعي دائم. تم تزويد المركز بكافة التجهيزات التقنية واللوجستية ليكون مساحة آمنة ومجهزة تتيح للنساء والشباب فرصة المشاركة في برامج بناء القدرات، وتبادل الأفكار، وتعزيز الروابط بين أفراد المجتمع المحلي.

وبدعم من جمعية بيتي ومنظمة أوند، وبالتعاون مع بلدية المختارة، أصبح هذا المركز اليوم نبضاً جديداً يخدم التنمية المحلية ويفتح آفاقاً أوسع للمشاركة والابتكار.

من خلال مشروع "الحوكمة والمشاركة في الحياة العامة"، يتم دعم 10 بلديات في مختلف أنحاء لبنان لتعزيز الحوكمة البلدية وترسيخ مشاركة المرأة في التنمية المحلية والعمل البلدي، بدعم من هيئة الأمم المتحدة للمرأة في لبنان والسفارة البريطانية في لبنان.

MOUKHTARA
🏠 Our spaces bring us together.. to build a better future.

In Moukhtara – Chouf, the Head of the Municipality, women council members, and local activists set an ambitious goal: creating a sustainable space for learning and interaction. By participating in specialized trainings on municipal governance and public participation, the women were able to identify community needs and develop long-term solutions.

Building on this vision, an initiative was launched to equip a "training hall" and transform it into a permanent community center. The center was provided with all the necessary technical and logistical equipment to serve as a safe and prepared space for women and youth to participate in capacity-building programs, exchange ideas, and strengthen community bonds.

With support from Beity Association and ONDES , and in cooperation with the Municipality of Moukhtara, this center has become a new heartbeat for local development, opening wider horizons for participation and innovation.

Through the “Governance and Participation in Public Life” project, 10 municipalities across Lebanon are being supported to strengthen municipal governance and enhance women’s participation in local development and municipal work, with support from UN Women Lebanon and UK in Lebanon .

📱 صوتك مسموع بخصوصية وأمان.
في بلدية رشعين–زغرتا، أحدثت النساء تغييراً ملموساً في تفاعل المجتمع مع الإدارة المحلية. فمن خلال تدريبات مكثفة على الحوكمة والتحول الرقمي، أطلقت عضوات المجلس البلدي بالتعاون مع المجتمع المحلي مبادرة "منصة الشكاوى والمقترحات الرقمية".

تسمح هذه المبادرة، التي تقودها 6 نساء في المجلس البلدي، للمواطنين وخاصة النساء بتقديم الشكاوى والاقتراحات إلكترونياً دون حاجة للحضور الشخصي، مما يضمن أعلى مستويات الخصوصية والسرية. تهدف المنصة لتذليل عقبات القيود الزمنية أو المخاوف من فقدان الخصوصية، فاتحةً قناة تواصل مباشرة وآمنة تعزز المشاركة العامة.

وبدعم من جمعية بيتي ومنظمة أوند، وبالتعاون مع بلدية رشعين، أصبح التحول الرقمي وسيلة لتعزيز الشفافية وتفعيل دور المرأة الكفوء في تحسين الخدمات المحلية.

من خلال مشروع "الحوكمة والمشاركة في الحياة العامة"، يتم دعم 10 بلديات في لبنان لتعزيز الحوكمة وترسيخ مشاركة المرأة في التنمية المحلية والعمل البلدي، بدعم من هيئة الأمم المتحدة للمرأة في لبنان والسفارة البريطانية.

In Rachiine–Zgharta, women brought a tangible change in how the community interacts with local administration. Through intensive training on governance and digital transformation, women municipal members, with the local community, launched the "Digital Complaints and Suggestions Platform."

This initiative, spearheaded by 6 women council members, allows citizens, especially women, to submit complaints electronically without appearing in person, ensuring top privacy. The platform aims to overcome time constraints or privacy concerns, opening a safe, direct channel that enhances public participation.

With support from Beity Association, ONDES , and the Municipality of Rachiine, digital transformation has become a tool for transparency and activating women's roles in local services.
