Magnum Opus for Garde Magazine SS26 Potion Issue

This beauty story explores the idea that transformation is not merely
a matter of style, but reveals something deeper. Through a series of
close-ups, the skin becomes the site of an almost invisible change.
Colour gradually appears on the lips, eyelids and cheekbones, like
a trace, a rising tide. Each image illustrates a different state, inspired by the alchemical process: dissolution, purification, awakening and wholesome.

The pigments seem to be in motion, as if activated
by the skin itself. Throughout the series, the face evolves subtly,
expressions shift and colour becomes a form of language, a way
of making visible what is happening inside.
