Why do you train?
Most people think change happens in the hour they train.
But the body lives in the other 23.
That’s where things quietly fall apart — or finally start working.

Nothing here comes easy.
And it’s not fueled by motivation alone.

Who understand that effort compounds.

Potatoes vs. Rice 🍚🥔
Did you know that potatoes have a lower calorie density than rice?

But does this mean rice is bad? Not at all.
The point isn’t to cut foods out — it’s to understand how different foods affect your plate, your hunger, and your energy.
When you compare similar foods, you learn how to eat smarter — not less.
More volume = more satisfaction = less overeating later.
