بيان توضيحي من جمعية سفير لبناء الغد
تعلن جمعية سفير لبناء الغد أنها باشرت، منذ تاريخ 5 آذار 2026، بتنفيذ مبادرة إنتاج وجبات ساخنة يومية من خلال المطبخ المجتمعي في بلدة بعاصير – إقليم الخروب / الشوف الأدنى، وذلك في إطار الاستجابة الإنسانية لحالة الطوارئ الراهنة.
وتؤكد المؤسسة أنها تقوم يومياً بإنتاج وتوزيع ما بين 1000 و1250 وجبة ساخنة، تستهدف النازحين والأسر الأكثر حاجة في مراكز الإيواء في بعاصير، داريا، والبرجين، وذلك وفق معايير إنسانية وآليات تنسيق معتمدة مع الجهات الرسمية والمحلية.
كما بلغ إجمالي عدد الوجبات الساخنة الموزعة حتى تاريخ 16 نيسان 2026 نحو 53,500 وجبة، تم تنفيذها بدعم وشراكة مع الجهات المعنية، وبالتنسيق مع وزارة الشؤون الاجتماعية والسلطات المحلية.

From the frontlines, the Chef at the Tyre Community Kitchen shares the dedication that goes into preparing every meal for those in need. By covering every aspect of this mission, from food preparation to field oversight, this intervention demonstrates our commitment to resilient and reliable aid, all made possible through the essential funding of the Lebanon Humanitarian Fund (LHF).
يُسلط هذا الفيديو الضوء على الجهود الشاملة لمشروعنا الخاص بالأمن الغذائي بين آب ٢٠٢٥ وكانون الثاني ٢٠٢٦، مستعرضاً الرحلة الكاملة من التنسيق الاستراتيجي وصولاً إلى قلب المطبخ المجتمعي. بالتنسيق مع مدير وحدة إدارة الكوارث في صور، نستعرض الدور الحيوي للمشروع في المنطقة، بينما تقدم مسؤولة الأمن الغذائي رؤية حول المعايير التقنية التي تضمن أن يكون كل تدخل آمناً وكريماً وخاضعاً للمساءلة. ومن الخطوط الأمامية، يشارك شيف المطبخ المجتمعي في صور التفاني الذي يوضع في إعداد كل وجبة للمحتاجين. ومن خلال تغطية كافة جوانب هذه المهمة، من تحضير الطعام إلى الإشراف الميداني، يؤكد هذا التدخل التزامنا بتقديم مساعدات مرنة وموثوقة، كل ذلك بفضل التمويل الأساسي من صندوق الإنساني للبنان (LHF).

At SPHERE Building Tomorrow (SBT), this resonates deeply with our work on the ground in Lebanon.
Localization is not a concept, it is what happens when women-led local NGOs are trusted to lead, mediate, and deliver in their own communities. Access, social cohesion, and sustainability come from relationships built over time, not from distance.
The idea that “peace is not a stand-alone objective, but a way of living” reflects exactly how local actors operate every day: through dialogue, accountability, and continuous presence.
This is the moment for local NGOs to mirror shared knowledge, strengthen their systems, and lead with confidence, as equal partners, not intermediaries.
