Looking for a full time Business Analyst, with the below job description

Within Team

Develop functional specifications and non-functional specifications
Organize, specify and model business requirements to ensure they are complete and unambiguous for developers.
Draft and assert modeled business requirements for review by the Senior BA
Break down technical, architectural or business complexities so that project stakeholders can easily understand any issues that crop up
Work on the Entity Relationship Diagram to define the information structure that should be implemented in a database
Work with team to validate user experience to ensure logic of workflow and identify pitfalls
Participate in developing prototype for customers to explain design and workflows and develop better understanding of their requirements
Write the users stories definition and related acceptance criteria to better explain customers processes and how to develop them
Plan , implement and maintain testing scenarios on user stories to ensure they represent the business cases being developed
Participate in process ceremonies (Planning- Review- Retrospective) with development team for better coordination and communication relating to deliverables and schedules
Participate in defining projects releases to better communicate with customers and manage their expectations
Understand the high level requirements and business scenarios in order to be able to breakdown the features and execute the detailed analysis.
Review analysis results to insure they are aligned with the initial business results the project is targeting to achieve.
Coordinate regarding any on-going changes or impediments related to the main features set in the project scope.
Coordinate and seek advice regarding any ambiguities or problems related to analysis process.
Coordinate analysis tasks planning
Report all work related impediments with honesty and integrity
Escalate all project related issues

With Clients

Participate in meeting with clients or business experts to understand client requirements
Develop and edit requirements, specifications, business processes and recommendations related to proposed solution
Draft all client artifacts in order to ensure their understanding and approval
Write and confirm User Acceptance Test (UAT) cases to enhance understanding of customer’s user needs
Assist in enforcement of project deadlines and schedules
Provide training to clients when needed
Constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve monitoring, discover issues and deliver better value to the customer

Experience

SQL, UML models, business, functional, and non-functional requirements
Proficient in grasping applicable business processes and functions
Proficient with Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Project, and Visio)
Analytical conceptual expertise
Planning, documentation, analysis and business requirements management techniques
Testing, verification and validation techniques
Analytical Thinking and Problem solving skills
Knowledge of business processes
Improvement of business and engineering processes
Translation of technical information to a non-technical audience
Translation of business information to a technical audience

Design and develop innovative solutions that meet business needs with respect to functionality, performance, scalability, reliability, realistic implementation schedules, system architecture, and adherence to development goals and principles.
On-going research on related technologies and functions based on project needs.

Responsibilities
• Proven understanding of web design fundamentals
• Demonstrated ability to take a project from concept to launch
• Develop modern web applications based on industry standards on top of Dot Net Core and Angular technology stacks
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs, identify and troubleshoot UX/UI problems (e.g. Responsiveness)
• Ensuring web application is optimized for smartphones and tables.
• Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback
• Determining the structure and design of web layouts/components/pages
• Design, develop, and maintain fine grained back-end Web APIs
• Write automation scripts for testing and deployment tasks to improve work efficiency and quality
• Create and maintain automated regression tests, unit tests, performance tests and healthy builds
• Write code documentation
• Discuss work backlog items, acceptance criteria and assumptions
• Report any technical deficiency and project impediments and/or issues to the Team leader
• Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders
Requirements
• Comfort working in a deadline-driven environment
• Able to work independently and/or as part of a team
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy
• Hands-on and exceptional understanding of the below:
o Web markup, including HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap
o Server-side CSS pre-processing platforms, such as LESS and SASS
o Client-side scripting and JavaScript frameworks, including JavaScript and jQuery
o Cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them
• Experience with responsive and adaptive design
• Experience with Angular
• Experience with Dot Net Core (2.1 and later) using C #, including ASP.NET Web API & MVC
• Excellent understanding of Object-Oriented Programming concepts, software design patterns and functional paradigms
• Excellent understanding of database designs and implementation concepts
• Experience with document and/or relational databases specifically MongoDb & MS SQL.
• Experience with Service Bus and Message Broker systems is a plus.
• Experience with RabbitMq is a plus.
• Very good understanding of unit tests, integration tests and performance tests.
• Excellent time-management skills
• Understanding of code versioning tools, specifically Git
• Understanding of Node.js and NPM is a plus
• Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Proven work experience as a Full Stack Web Developer or similar role
• BSc in Design, Computer Science or relevant field
