2 years ago she walked into my gym looking for change.
Like most people, we started with simple steps: training twice per week, building basic habits, and learning consistency. At the beginning, the results werenβt exactly what we wanted. So instead of pushing harder blindly, we took a step back and analyzed her lifestyle.
Sleep. Stress. Daily habits. Nutrition.
Once those pieces started changing, everything else followed.
Fast forward 2 years later β sheβs still training only 2β3 times per week, staying consistent, and the results speak for themselves.
Her main goals are achieved.
Now weβre working on the extra details while balancing a very stressful life.
