للمحاماة بوكالته عن احدى أصحاب العقارات بوجه المستأجر، قضى بإسقاط حق المستأجر بالتمديد القانوني وبإلزام هذا الأخير بإخلاء المأجور وتسليمه خالياً وشاغراً لمصلحة مالك العقار وذلك بعد أن ثبت قيام المستأجر بتأجير العقار لشخص ثالث دون علم وموافقة مالك العقار.
