2. If your case is not mentioned in Apple Review Guidelines (yes that's possible, Apple can't foresee every possible case) try to find out how have your competitors went through review process and how much time it took them. What problems they faced.
3. Finally, do not try to trick Apple. They'll find out everything about your application under any account. So be clear with them from the very begging.
