It turns out that you must be a superwoman who can do everything in the world. Help is perceived as something shameful.

If you plan everything correctly, there will be enough space for everything.
One day you study in the morning, work during the day, and in the evening you cook a new dish and read a book. The next day, you work early in the morning, and in the evening you go for a run, after which you read a book. The next day you start with stretching, listening to meditation, you go to work and get a good return for yesterday's busy day, and in the evening you cook something new and watch a cool movie.
