What we’ve achieved:
Enhanced brand identity by redesigning website and creating a brand guide

Redesigned the whole experience of a user that increased CRO
Conducted over 50+ interviews with customers on the way of creating user personas, JTBD etc.
Uncovered customer pain points through surveys and interviews and addressed them through design solutions in collaboration with design, management and development teams.
