INK Architects

The headquarters of a major national bank is designed as a symbol of stability, transparency and contemporary corporate culture. Located near Khan Shatyr and Astana Opera, the project responds to a highly prestigious urban context.

Two volumes of 6 and 7 floors are linked by an elevated pedway, allowing efficient internal circulation and creating additional functional space. Façade composition is structured around clear vertical and horizontal rhythms, with articulated cornice lines giving the complex a monumental, balanced presence.

Interiors follow a refined high-tech minimalism with custom-designed furniture, warm metallic accents and curated lighting scenarios. The landscape design integrates plazas, parks and parking facilities, forming a fully self-sufficient business environment.

A residential complex located in the southern part of Al-Farabi Avenue in Almaty is currently under development. Its architectural style blends elements of neoclassicism and bionics, creating a quarter that integrates both residential and business functions.
