Switching to more efficient lighting (pictured), spraying proper insulation and other weatherization measures can result in big costs savings in any climate. The Energy Department’s Weatherization Assistance Program (WAP) has been working hard to develop innovative auditing tools and methods to address the unique needs of multifamily housing such as apartment buildings and duplexes.
