Girls & Boys 7's Rugby Academy

We’re excited to launch our Girls & Boys 7’s Rugby Academy (age 11-17) running from 2 June – 27 June 2026!

Girls - Tuesdays 2, 9, 16, 23, 30 June 2026 - 4.30pm - 6pm
Boys - Thursdays 4, 11, 18, 25 June 2026 - 4.30pm - 5.30pm

Girls & Boys - Saturdays 6, 20, 27 June 2026 - 9.30am - 11am

This program will focus on developing skills, conditioning, game understanding, and video analysis in a low-contact environment designed to help players grow both on and off the field. Whether you’re looking to sharpen your rugby IQ, improve fitness, or build confidence in the game, this academy is the perfect opportunity to learn, develop, and compete.
