Good morning, Cayman! Happy Discovery Day!
As you are all aware, we are moving down to Level 3 suppression, which now includes curbside pickup for retail stores. We are very happy to announce that starting tomorrow, Tuesday May 19th, Pool Patrol will now be able to offer this much-requested service.

Thank you so much to all of you that used our delivery service the last 2 weeks to get the crucial items you needed to restore your pools to their lovely, blue color as they were meant to be!
In order to use our curbside pickup, we are implementing the following steps:

1. Our hours will be Mon-Fri 9am to 4pm.

2. Call the store at 949-8543 to place your order. This can be done from the parking lot, or you can call ahead before arriving.

3. Give us your debit or credit card details on the phone so we can charge your order.

4. WE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTING CASH PAYMENTS OR CHECKS AT THIS TIME. We do apologize for any inconvenience, but we are trying to maintain proper distance and contactless payment for everyone’s safety.

5. A masked staff member will bring out your goods to your vehicle. If you wish us to place them in your trunk, backseat, etc., please open it prior to them coming outside in order to maintain the proper 2-meter distance.

6. Otherwise, we will leave it at the front bumper of your vehicle for you to place where you wish.

7. Please stay in your vehicle while the staff member is effecting the delivery.

8. Your receipt will be in the bag with your items.

9. Our staff will not be wearing gloves as they will wash or sanitize their hands after every single customer, and a preponderance of research indicates wearing gloves all the time can be worse than not wearing gloves at all.
