We cordially invite you to attend the book launch and signing of our collaboration art book, Women in War.
This book is the outcome of an art exhibition curated by the renowned Kuwaiti artist Amira Behbehani .behbehani and a round table discussion organized by ICRC under the patronage of Sheikha Intisar AlSabah , which shed light on the issues women affected by war are facing. This event acted as the precursor to Intisars Foundation for women in war .
We wish to thank the 23 artists, the ICRC team and all the speakers of the round table who worked on this project. Their effort has helped serve the cause of countless women who have suffered the injuries of war.
