Reposted from Visiting green spaces can dramatically lower mental health drug use, research has found.

Dropping into a park, community garden or other urban green space between three and four times a week can cut people’s chances of taking medication for anxiety or depression by a third.

The positive impact - documented by researchers at the Finnish Institute for Health and Welfare - also extends to physical health.

Finnish researchers surveyed 16,000 residents from Helsinki and surrounding areas.

The respondents were quizzed on how often they visited green spaces - including not just forests and parks, but wetlands, cemeteries and ‘blue areas’ like lakes.

Researchers also collected information from respondents on how many prescription drugs they took. This was used as a general indication of mental and physical health.

The correlation between time in nature and drug use was stark. A resident visiting a green space three or four times a week was 33 per cent less likely to use mental health drugs, and 26 per cent less likely to use asthma drugs.

ثانيا من ناحيه تجاريه:
١- تستوجب الخدمه مصاريف التوصيل و مصاريف أخرى يجب ان يتم تغطيتها و مثال بسيط عمال التوصيل للمطاعم تأخذ مبلغ للخدمه.
٢- مشروع اعادة التدوير هو مشروع خاص و الفكره منه :
- الاستمرارية في الخدمه
- دعم المصانع المحليه
٣- مع العلم انه المبالغ التي يتم تجميعها و بيعها على المصانع لا تغطي مصاريف الوقود لنفس الاسبوع!
٤- التجاره نوعين، خدمي او تجاري. في حال يتم تجميع الشركات فقط معادن، أو فقط الأوراق و الكرتون، فتكون تجاريه، فالكميه لكل درب تكون مجديه و هذا سبب وجود اصحاب أعمال يتجولون في المناطق السكنيه و تجاريه، لهم اختصاص الاوراق و الكرتون ، او معادن. ( الهاف لوري مع العمال)
٥- اما الخدمي، فتركيزه على خدمة العميل. فالكميه و النوعيه لا تعتبر تجاريه الا بعد الفرز. الفائده عائده للمشترك المهتم بأن يكون لديه بديل لتدوير المواد من منزله.

ثالثا: لماذا الضروره بالمساهمه في اعادة التدوير…
-اعادة التدوير مسؤوليه اجتماعيه، لحمايتنا و مجتمعنا و الاجيال القادمه من التلوث والأمراض.
-لتوفير الاراضي الشح التي أخذت حيز أكثر من الاراضي السكنيه. مثال اماكن المرادم بعمق ٣٠ متر و ١٠٪؜ من اراضي الكويت.
-الهدف هو ان نجعل كل منزل ينتج صفر مخلفات (zero waste) ، هذه العمليه تبدأ و تنجح بمساهمة كل بيت في نية الاستدامه:
١- التدوير ٢- التوفير ٣- تحويل مخلفات الاكل الى سماد عضوي.
