Position: Call Center Agent

Job Description:
Burhan Medical Company is seeking energetic and customer-oriented Call Center Agents to join our team. As a Call Center Agent, you will be the first point of contact for patients and customers, answering inquiries, scheduling appointments, and providing accurate information about our services.

Key Responsibilities:

Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries.

Schedule patient appointments and manage calendars.

Provide detailed information about our medical services.

Address customer concerns and escalate complex issues to the supervisor.

Accurately document interactions and maintain patient records.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to manage high call volumes and work under pressure.

Proficiency in using call center software and CRM systems.

Familiarity with healthcare industry terminology is a plus.
