Job Description
-All end to end recruitment activities, high volume of blue collars.
-Source and recruit candidates by using database, social media etc.
-Screen resumes and job applications.
-screen candidates in person/ via telephonic.
-Develop and maintain database.
-Act as a point of contact for the candidates Requirement.
- Should be graduate.
- Knowledge in civil/electrical/mechanical field will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication in Hindi and English (Arabic will be an added advantage)
- Organisational and management skills.
- Interpersonal skills.
- Working knowledge of MS office.

Jobs and responsibilities
• Generation/ souring of prospects'
appointments for the sales.
• End to End Sales Profile- Generation of
leads through Cold calling (Open
Market), Scheduling Appointments with
prospects, personally meeting them,
and closing the sale.
• Capable to handle customer issues/
escalations effectively
• Strategic planning of your business to
achieve revenue and profit targets
• Maintains relationships with clients by
providing support, information, and
guidance; researching and
recommending new opportunities;
recommending profit and service
improvements
• Provide accurate and timely reports on
sales forecasts, and other reports as
needed.

SKILLS REQUIRED
• Fluent in English. Arabic is an asset.
• Excellent verbal, written and
presentation skills required
• Having a Valid Kuwait Driving License Is
An Added Advantage.
• Dynamic And Aggressive
• Customer Relation Skills
