Inspiring Excellence: Strong Women in Leadership!

Mrs Ryna, an inspiring educational leader, has extensive experience as a teacher, school leader and maths mentor. Her school gained national recognition from MoEYS with two outstanding teacher awards in literacy and numeracy for early grades.

Recently, Mrs Ryna led an impactful session with school leaders from Banan District in Battambang Province at a Teacher Development Centre, centred on the theme "sharing best practices on the implementation of SBB Cambodia programs". The session provided a vital space for reflection, sharing and professional growth. Participants were highly engaged by her inclusive leadership style, positive collaboration with teachers and her proactive community engagement with the school.
