It has come to our attention that there is someone who isn’t apart of our team that has been behaving rudely and saying something offensive this evening which may have been heard by our customers.

We deeply apologize for allowing this kind of incident to happen within our vicinity. As we weren’t able to offer an apology and explanation on time and therefore would like to apologize publicly and hope this message reach our loyal customer regardless. We are truly sorry if you are hurt by the actions. We’ll take more precautionary measure to ensure that this kind of incident does not happen again.

We would like to emphasize that the person in question isn’t apart of Coffee Lab KH team but is a frequent passerby in the area who were only stopping by our store to use our restroom. However, within this period he has said some offensive word in which may have been heard by our customer. As we initially didn’t know who he was, we were looking to see who we was. However, the customers within the store has already left and therefore we weren’t able to offer them an apology then.

Once again, we deeply apologize.
