What you will do:

Demonstrate Team Leadership and Team Management skills
Demonstrate Requirement Gathering capabilities
Work closely with the Product Owner and Technical Team Leaders.
Assist the development team to solve technical issues and remove blockages.
Knows when to dig further and to check teams’ opinions.
Manage a backlog and a Sprint of work.
Conduct daily stand up meetings and help resolve blockages with the team as soon as possible.
Ensure team delivers to the best of their ability and that all requirements are fully understood.
Ensure the team has all the resources and information they need to deliver.
Ensure all teams coordinate and communicate effectively
Check and improve on all processes during the development cycle.
Regular checks that testing environments are running and ensure that there is feedback presented to the team when appropriate.
Can suggest suitable training for the technical team where appropriate.
Regularly reports progress and can help put together documentation when needed.

Who we are looking for:

At least 3 years of experience working on software development projects.
Excellent communication skills - ideally in both English and Khmer.
Ability to manage resource conflicts.
Familiarity with a variety of technical platforms and methodologies.
A solid understanding of business strategies.
Experience with Agile approaches.
Ideally, experience with Pivotal Tracker.
