Position: Sales Assistant to CEO (Chinese & English Speaking)

We are seeking a dynamic and professional Sales Assistant to support the CEO in sales and business development activities within the logistics sector. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Chinese (Mandarin) and English, highly organized, and experienced in logistics or supply chain operations.

*Key Responsibilities
• Assist the CEO in sales, business development, and client relationship management.
• Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and internal departments regarding shipments and service requirements.
• Prepare quotations, contracts, proposals, presentations, and sales reports.
• Follow up on customer inquiries, shipment status, and project progress.
• Arrange meetings, business appointments, and travel schedules for the CEO.
• Support negotiations and communication with Chinese-speaking partners and clients.
• Maintain confidential documents and handle sensitive information professionally.
• Provide sales data analysis and performance summaries.

*Job Requirements:
• Only female candidates
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience in sales support, executive assistance, or logistics coordination.
• Prior experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain industry is preferred.
• Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin) and English (spoken and written).
• Strong knowledge of import/export processes, customs clearance, and international trade documentation.
• Good understanding of Incoterms.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); knowledge of ERP/CRM systems is an advantage
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and maintain confidentiality.
• Professional, proactive, detail-oriented, and willing to travel if required.
