វាយក្អម ជាល្បែងប្រពៃណី ដែលលេងចុងក្រោយគេ ក្នុងពិធីបុណ្យចូលឆ្នាំខ្មែរ យើងរីករាយនឹងលេងនៅថ្ងៃនេះ។

គោលបំណង គឺដើម្បីបំបែកក្អមដែលព្យួរភ្ជាប់ខ្សែ រវាងអគារ MC Services និងផ្ទះក្រុមការងារចល័តរបស់យើង យើងយកកន្សែងមករុំភ្នែកអ្នកលេង។

ល្បែងវាយក្អម តំណាងឱ្យការកំទេចចោលនូវបញ្ហាចាស់ និងការស្វាគមន៍ការចាប់ផ្តើមថ្មី។ វាហាក់ដូចជាស្រដៀងទៅនឹងបុណ្យពិធីភីណាតា (pinata) ដែរ។ MC Services ត្រៀមខ្លួនរួចរាល់ ដើម្បីចាប់ផ្តើមឆ្នាំថ្មីជាមួយនឹងការប្រកួតប្រជែងថ្មីៗ!

Khmer New Year Traditional Games - PART 3

Veay Ka’am (Hitting The Clay Pot), the last traditional game on Khmer New Year celebrations we enjoyed playing on that day.

The objective is to break a clay pot hanging from a string, attached between MC Services building and our mobile team house, while blindfolded.
The clay pots are filled with small prizes and the blindfolded players holding a bamboo stick must break the pots and claim the treasure inside (usually for the kids around).
Rith, our Operation Manager / Outsourcing Service Division and Channy, our Tax Accountant only needed one attempt to break the pot. Impressive!!

Veay Ka’am game symbolizes the breaking of old troubles and the welcoming of new beginnings. A bit like pinata.
MC Services is ready to start the New year with new challenges!

លាក់កន្សែង គឺជាល្បែងក្មេងៗពីជំនាន់ដើម ដែលតែងតែលេងនៅពេលយប់ក្រោមពន្លឺព្រះច័ន្ទ ឬពេលទំនេររបស់ពួកគេ។
រដូវចូលឆ្នាំ គឺជាពេលវេលាដ៏ពេញនិយមមួយ សម្រាប់មនុស្សពេញវ័យ ក្នុងការចូលរួមក្នុងល្បែងប្រជាប្រិយនេះ។

កន្សែងវេញរមួលចូលគ្នា ត្រូវបានប្រើទុកជាកន្ទុយ ដើម្បីលេងល្បែងនេះ។ វាត្រូវបានគេហៅថាជា កូនកន្សែង ។ អ្នកចូលរួម MC Services ទាំងអស់បានអង្គុយ ទម្រង់ជារង្វង់ ដែលបែរមុខទៅកណ្តាល។ នៅពេលអ្នកលាក់កូនកន្សែង ដើរលេងជុំវិញវង់អ្នកលេង២-៣ជុំ គាត់ត្រូវរកមើលអ្នកដែលអង្គុយភ្លេចខ្លួន បន្ទាប់មកដាក់កូនកន្សែងនៅពីក្រោយខ្នងរបស់ពួកគេ ហើយអ្នកនៅខាងស្តាំដៃរបស់របស់អ្នកទទួលបានកន្សែង ត្រូវរត់យ៉ាងលឿនជុំវិញវង់អ្នកលេង ដើម្បីកុំឲ្យគេវាយទាន់។ សមាជិកក្រុមរបស់យើងមួយចំនួនដូចជា វ៉ារិទ្ធ ដែលនៅមន្ត្រីផ្នែកធនធានមនុស្ស និងរដ្ឋបាល ត្រូវបានគេវាយស្ទើរតែគ្រប់ជុំ ប៉ុន្តែនៅតែប្រកបដោយក្តីរីករាយ និងសំណើចពីអ្នកទាំងអស់គ្នា!

វាជាពេលវេលាដ៏ល្អសម្រាប់ក្រុម MC Services ដើម្បីបង្ហាញពីសមត្ថភាពរបស់ខ្លួន ក្នុងការកសាងការយល់ដឹងអំពីភាពបន្ទាន់ ការដើរតាមលំនាំ និងស្មារតីប្រុងប្រយត្ន័។

Khmer New Year Traditional Games - PART 2

Leak Kon Saeng (Scarf Hidden game) is an ancient children game often played during night time under the moonlight or during their free time.
New Year season is a popular time for adults to participate in this game.

A twisted rope is used as a tail to play this game. It is called Kon Saeng. All MC Services participants took a seat on the ground in the shape of a circle facing toward its center. When the tail hider is completing a couple of rounds of seated players, he will notice those who are not paying attention, then place the tail behind their back and rapidly run around the seated players.
Few of our team members like Varith, our HR & Admin Officer got hardly knocked by the rope hider with great pleasure and laughs from everyone!

It was the good time for MC Services team to show its capability to build awareness of the urgent time, follow a pattern and be attentive.
