Law cannot be divorced from politics or power. Customary international law creation is a precise instant. De Visscher analogies that the custom creation is like the gradual formation of a road across vacant land. When majority of users begins to follow the same line then it will become a custom. The difference is the influence of those who creates it. Some make heavier footprints than others due to their greater weight so that it is more influential and gradually it is generally accepted and practiced.

Exploring a new area of law, Nuclear Law. People are often scared when they heard the term Nuclear. They would have thought about nuclear bomb or nuclear power plant incident occuring in Japan which had killed thousands of people and caused tremendous catastrophic damages. However, thesedays nuclear is being utilized for peaceful purposes raning from energy generation to agricutural cultivation and desease curing. The IAEA's moto currently is Atom for Peace and Development. There are four main areas of nuclear law: nuclear safety, nuclear security, nuclear safeguard and nuclear civil liability. The previous three are in the areas of public international law, which consist of hard and soft law and regulations, while the later is in the area of private law. Each of these areas has its own set of provision requiring a careful craft of technical and legal aspect otherwise contraditory to the provision of IAEA which state parties are obliged to honour.
