Teacher shortages hamper rural education progress - Khmer Times Cambodia’s drive to improve education in rural areas is being held back by a persistent shortage of qualified teachers, with remote schools continuing to struggle despite government investment and policy reforms, United World Schools (UWS) Cambodia Country Director Mok Sokha said.
