Before & After

Before – not going to lie, it was already a nice solution. But since the entrance is quite narrow, the fully built-in cabinet with doors made the space feel smaller and more closed. On top of that, it was starting to show its age, with some damage and the white surface slowly turning yellowish.

After – a custom open shelf designed around the security safe, with space for shoes, a practical surface for everyday items, and a hanging rod for clothes.
The open design keeps the entrance lighter, more practical, and makes the space feel much more spacious.

Here’s what they became.

Before, the balcony was fully enclosed with metal wire for cat-proofing, which made the space feel quite closed and industrial. We removed the wire and reused those reclaimed boards to create side privacy walls, keeping safety while transforming the balcony into a much warmer, more open, and inviting space. ♻️🌿
