ចំណេះ និងជំនាញដែលខ្ញុំមានមកដល់ថ្ងៃនេះគឺទទួលបានពីលោកតាលោកយាយអ៊ំមីងមាបងប្អូន ដែលខ្ញុំបានជួប រៀនសូត្រ និងចែករំលែកពីមុខម្ហូបប្លែកៗច្រើនមុខ។ ខ្ញុំសូមអរគុណចំពោះការចែករំលែកទាំងអស់នេះ។

I’ve been asked whether I studied cooking outside Cambodia. The answer is no.
My knowledge and skills have grown from years of learning directly from Cambodian elders, home cooks, farmers, fishermen, families, and communities across our country. Every person I meet teaches me something — a flavor, a memory, a technique, a story, or a way of understanding our food more deeply.
I’m deeply grateful to everyone who has shared their wisdom with me and contributed to my journey. This is where my learning comes from: the people, the land, and the living traditions of Cambodia.
