This home sits on inclined land.
A conventional foundation would have been slower and more expensive.

Here’s how we approached it differently.

The plot had a noticeable slope, so forcing a traditional foundation would have meant more concrete, more labour, and more time on site.

Instead, we designed the structure using beam and block suspended flooring, together with interlocking blocks for the walling.

These systems allowed us to work with the terrain while keeping the structure strong and the construction process efficient.

By choosing the right construction approach for the site, the project moved faster and the client saved about 25% in both construction time and overall cost compared to conventional machine-cut stone construction.
