AGRICULTURE CS Mithika Linturi will tomorrow afternoon tour ailing Nzoia Sugar Company.

The CS will be accompanied by a team of top-ranking officials in the ministry and local leaders among them National Assembly Speaker Moses Wetang'ula, Governor Ken Lusaka and area MP Wakili John Makali.

The visit comes on the back of huge expectations from cane farmers who have not been paid their dues and frequent breakdown of the machine.

MP Makali has welcomed the CS saying his visit is a clear demonstration that President Ruto administration will prioritize issues affecting farmers.
