During the interactive session, Nicholas Kihara delved into crucial topics, addressing the gaps between HR digitisation ambition and ex*****on, and highlighting how technology leaders must view HR-tech as an enabler of sustained business performance.

His participation underscores our unwavering commitment to digital transformation, a journey we embody daily at our state-of-the-art manufacturing plant, where automation is key to simplified, efficient and secure processes, as we craft your favourite beverage.

Team KWAL joined family and friends in laying to rest our late Chair Kuria Muchiru yesterday. Kuria was an exceptional leader with a genuine interest in people and constantly reminded us to maintain our humanity, while bringing a fatherly wisdom in his interactions with staff.

His vision drove us close to our purpose, and his commitment and passion will live forever in our hearts. Kuria’s memory continues to light the paths for the many he guided and inspired across his lifetime.
