ECBA

The deepest wounds are the ones nobody sees.
Cyberbullying doesn’t leave bruises but it leaves emotional scars that can shape how young people see themselves, their future, and their worth.
Every day, someone is fighting a silent battle behind a screen:
- A 14-year-old deleting a post because someone mocked her body.
- A Form One student afraid to join school WhatsApp groups because of “banter.”
- A young professional questioning their career after an anonymous attack on X or TikTok.
-A parent wondering why their once-confident child suddenly withdraws.
Cyberbullying breaks people quietly.
Kindness rebuilds them loudly.
At ECBA, we are committed to:
- Teaching digital empathy
- Equipping adolescents with resilience skills
- Supporting parents and teachers to detect silent struggles
- Advocating for safer online communities in Kenya
As we step into December and prepare for a new school year and new online journeys, remember:
Your words online are either someone’s healing… or someone’s hurting. Choose healing.
Be kind. Be aware. Be responsible.

The fight against cyberbullying is not just about protection, it’s about empowerment.
Empowering individuals to stand up for themselves and each other in every digital interaction.

💙 Monday Reminder 💙
As we begin a new week, let’s keep in mind the power of kindness.
A simple word, a small gesture, or even a moment of patience can make someone’s day a little brighter. Let’s spread positivity, empathy, and compassion in everything we do.

🌸 Happy International Women’s Day 2026! 🌸
To all the incredible women breaking barriers and leading change, ECBA Kenya celebrates you!
Today, we don’t just honor your achievements we reaffirm our commitment to making the digital world a safer place for your voices to thrive.
This year, we are moving with the theme: "Give to Gain."
What does "Give to Gain" mean for us?
It’s a deep call to action. In the digital space
✓Give Support, Gain Strength: When we give our voice to defend a woman being bullied online, we all gain a safer, more courageous community.
✓Give Respect, Gain Peace: By giving empathy instead of hate, we gain a digital world where mental health is protected.
✓Give Action, Gain Equality: When we give our time to educate and protect, we gain a future where no girl is silenced by fear.
The math is simple: The more we give to each other’s safety, the more we all gain in freedom.
📢 Join the movement: Let’s stop the cycle of cyberbullying together.
