The past few years have been overwhelming, to say the least; from working, running businesses, and raising kids while being a present homemaker, to say the least.
What really worked for me was constantly planning. One of the greatest stories I hear is that many married women when they start having kids they completely forget themselves and even their career, I almost fell victim to that if I didn't act fast! I had to devise a way to still achieve my dreams while giving my family the best without losing it!
From that experience, I have developed a planner to help you harness your full potential in all areas of your life. This isn't just for moms but for men as well. Entrepreneurs, Salespeople, professionals, and anyone that wants to Harness their full potential.

Today I was going through some applications for a job role we are recruiting for, and met some very interesting CVs. Most candidates for sure when making applications, do it without paying attention to details at all.
Some even miss out on contact details, some do not provide details of the roles they participated in their previous roles, as required by the JD. Then you wonder why you don't get any feedback from HRs, even after doing 1000+ applications.

Responsibilities
• Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
• Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
• Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
• Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
• Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
• Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.

Requirements and skills
• Proven work experience as a Sales Representative

• Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills
• Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
• Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
• Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
