One question I get all the time is:

โ€œCan I eat carbs for dinner?โ€

My answer?Sometimes yes. Sometimes no.

This is not because carbs suddenly become โ€œbadโ€ after 6 p.m., but because nutrition is far more intelligent than that.

The better questions are:

โ€ข What is your goal?

โ€ข How active has your day been?

โ€ข Are you heading to a night shift?

โ€ข Did you just finish a workout?

โ€ข Are you breastfeeding?

โ€ข Are you trying to lose weight or maintain it?

โ€ข Will you be fasting after dinner?

โ€ข How hungry are you, really?

โ€ข How much are you eating?

Notice something?The conversation isnโ€™t just โ€œCan I have sweet potatoes?โ€

Itโ€™s โ€œDoes this meal make sense for my body, today?โ€

The same plate can be perfect for one person and completely inappropriate for another.

Thatโ€™s why I donโ€™t teach women to fear foods.I teach them how to make food decisions.

Because once you understand why youโ€™re eating something, you no longer need random food rules from the internet.

You become confident enough to build a plate that works for your life, not someone elseโ€™s.

Thatโ€™s intentional wellness โค๏ธ

If youโ€™re ready to stop guessing and start eating in a way thatโ€™s tailored to your body, your schedule, and your goals, Iโ€™d love to help.

๐Ÿ“ฉ Send me a message and letโ€™s build a nutrition strategy around you.
