✅ Agreed Final Account — Both parties sign off, establishing the definitive contract sum and paving the way for the Final Certificate.
✅ Contractor Payment — Final balance settled, retention released, all financial obligations discharged.
✅ Project Closeout — Cost reports, records archived, lessons documented, and the client handed a fully reconciled project.
