The fundamental idea behind homeschooling is giving children an opportunity to learn at their pace and in a personalized fashion. With a curriculum offering guidance, homeschoolers can explore a wide range of subjects or have a customized curriculum.

While the government has made progress in bridging the learner-teacher ratio, the number of teachers is still below the recommended international standard. Luckily, homeschooling is a helpful alternative in addressing this challenge. Furthermore, our education system has largely been exam-centered where school children spend hours preparing for examinations as opposed to exploring and nurturing their gifts and talents.
