the volatilty index measures the fear in the market. increase in vix transaltes to investor panic which translates to dollar gain stocks decline ad treasuries bond decline. i see more dollar gains coming unless the fed decides to start another QE.Remember the fed goals target for inflation is 2% so still they will do a rate hike this november.
