Fight against fake degrees is far from being won

2017 has been a very interesting year for companies in the Enterprise Risk Management Marketplace, especially those focused on Employee background checks and per-employment screening.

In March this year, the Commission for University of Education released a report which exposed a racket that was issuing fake university degree certificates from specified universities, it went further to revoke the university's charters.

It appears this is may soon not be getting to an end, this morning, the University of Nairobi's senate sat and decided to revoke a Bcom degree belonging to a prominent politician and senator for alledgedly forging papers to get admission into the university.

This comes just a few months after Kenyatta university disowned qualifications belonging to another senior politician and sitting Governor.
