The Dispute Resolution Hub (The DR Hub) has been shortlisted for the Justice Innovations Challenge 2023. The challenge is organized by Barefoot Law in collaboration with Haki FM.

The DR Hub offers affordable alternative dispute resolution services to Kenyans across several counties and seeks to empower and upskill ADR practitioners with specialized training.

🏆 The winner of this year's challenge stands to win grant funding to support its operations and implement its programs with regards to promoting access to justice in the society.

In May, we will hold our Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) Training.

Thank you to all of you who have registered thus far!

This Training is geared towards teaching us how to successfully conduct Mediations via various virtual platforms such as Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, just to name a few, the pitfalls and advantages thereof, as well as additional topics that will be shared with you in due course.

Kindly note that this is the ONLY FREE ODR Training for the year.
A Certificate of Participation will be issued to those who attend a minimum of 4 out of 5 classes.

Additionally, members who have successfully done the Training within the course of the past 3 years should register to undertake the Refresher Class on Tuesday 9th May 2023 from 6:30pm to 8:00pm.

This Training will have 4 Online Classes and 1 Physical Class, which will take place on Saturday 13th May 2023.

This past Saturday, we help a successful Co-Mediation Workshop, where our skilled Mediators learnt what Co-Mediation is, cases where it's applicable, expectations of Co-Mediators as well as Role-Plays where they applied the knowledge acquired.

Thereafter, they were awarded Certificates by our team lead
It was a highly beneficial training, and we look forward to holding the next one!
