Significant progress was achieved today at the Maralal project, with major focus placed on structural beam works. The primary activity involved the casting of beams, during which approximately 5 cubic meters of Class 25 concrete was successfully poured. Concurrently, formwork installation and steel reinforcement fixing for the beams were also carried out, ensuring readiness for ongoing structural development.
The day’s activities mark a steady advancement in the structural phase of the project, with key milestones in beam construction effectively met.

Over the weekend, State Tech Builders team conducted a site visit to our ongoing project in Maralal, Samburu County. The visit provided a valuable hands-on opportunity for the team to engage directly with the construction process and translate the architectural blueprint into the physical layout on site.
During the visit, the team carried out detailed site measurements and set-out verification, carefully aligning the building plan with the actual ground positioning. Using the approved architectural drawings as a guide, members walked through the footprint of the structure to identify the precise locations of key spaces including living areas, bedrooms, service areas, and circulation corridors.
Such site engagements are essential in bridging theoretical design and practical ex*****on, ensuring accuracy in layout, adherence to the blueprint specifications, and a deeper understanding of the building process from concept to structure.
