Working from home opens up a new range of possibilities for the way businesses can work and structure themselves.
It is important to set up a structure and space to increase productivity. My biggest challenge right now is the kids being home. You tend to sleep in more and get distracted so easily.
What else do you think is essential?

There are a lot of things that can provide inspiration – seeing other people accomplish great things, seeing other people overcome adversity, hearing inspirational quotes from great people, even the sheer beauty of nature can remind us just how lucky we are to be alive.
What inspires you?

Courage is the choice and willingness to confront agony, pain, danger, uncertainty, or intimidation. Courage, in the sense of acting in a way that responds to risk appropriately, not over-confidently or in a cowardly way, will also help us to accomplish 'good' things.
I had a zoom call today with a lady that inspires me. As a business owner especially. One of my words for the year is courage.
