Buildher hosted Emily Jeanson, a US-based contractor and founder of the women-led home improvement company Hirs. She spent time with our Technical Team, shared her journey building a contracting business, and led conversations on training, safety, and how women-led crews navigate male-dominated construction markets.
Women in construction face similar bias and barriers across the world. Geography changes, but the restrictions often do not.
That is why Buildher is connecting women in construction locally and globally, linking shared experience to stronger training and real work opportunities.
