*Subject: Update on Temporary Relocation of Children from Garden of Hope Centre*

I hope this message finds you well.

On behalf of Garden of Hope Centre, I would like to inform you of a recent development affecting our operations. Since 2023, the Centre has been involved in a land dispute with one of our partners, which has unfortunately escalated to a legal case currently under review by the courts.

As a precautionary measure, the National Council for Children’s Services, and the education office it deemed in the best interest of the children to temporarily relocate them to ensure their safety and well-being. On 13th May 2025, the children were moved in pairs to other licensed children's homes within kajiado north..

Our management team wil remain in close contact with these homes and will continue to monitor the children’s welfare throughout this period. We are committed to ensuring minimal disruption to their care and education until the matter is resolved by the court.
