Before training, there are a few things that I will need to know:
1. How many people will need training?
Is it just one person? Or do you have an entire team that needs training? The more people that need training the longer it takes.

2. Your WordPress knowledge?
There will be a little more training involved if you are not familiar with WordPress. Even if you're familiar with WordPress, my unique website setup might have a surprise or two for you!

3. Do you need any special training?
For example, I might have to teach you how to compress images before uploading them to the website. Or I may have to teach you how to use MailChimp to send newsletters to your customers.

Website training is usually scheduled before your website goes live.

I will prepare Supplemental Training Materials in a PDF Manual with screenshots of how to go through each step. Please feel free to share the training materials with your staff.

I provide free 2-hour group training sessions (up to 5 staff members) via Zoom for every project. If you need more training sessions for you and your staff, that can be arranged but at extra cost to the client.
