Kapese Community Charity trust fund that was meant to empower the community and support the livelihoods of the people of Turkana South has been turned to a Personal enterprise. The committee and their patron engineered the illegal process of funds transaction which were used to finance the jubilee MP candidate campaign in turkana South. It's Inhumane, people suppose to benefit from the Trust fund by now they are starving.
