Today, as we celebrate INTERNATIONAL MEN'S DAY, let us remember the silent battles many men fight every day.

Many men wake up carrying responsibilities that no one sees. They worry about school fees, rent, food on the table, aging parents, their children's future, and whether they will have enough strength to face another day. They are often expected to be providers, protectors, leaders, and problem-solvers, even when they themselves are struggling.

Many suffer in silence because society taught them that asking for help is weakness. They hide their tears, bury their fears, and wear a smile while carrying burdens that feel too heavy. Some are fighting depression, loneliness, unemployment, debt, heartbreak, or grief, yet continue showing up for their families every day.

To every man who has sacrificed his comfort so others can be comfortable, who has worked tirelessly without recognition, who has carried pain without complaint, and who keeps moving forward despite setbacks—today is for you.

A man is not measured only by how much money he earns or how strong he appears. His value lies in his character, his kindness, his resilience, and the love he gives to those around him.

This International Men's Day, let us appreciate the men among us. Let us create spaces where men can speak openly about their struggles without judgment.

To every man reading this: Your struggles matter. Your mental health matters. Your dreams matter. Your life matters. And even when it feels like no one notices, your efforts are making a difference.
