Our Golden Girls program has now been running for over a decade. One of the things that has kept it going for so long is that the girls help shape the program themselves.

This past week we sat with them in small groups to review the last six months and plan the next six months together.

When girl are asked what they want to learn and do next and then see it built, they show up differently. And they learn their voices are valued and important.

Six months down, six to go. We are excited for what’s next!

Yoga is a simple practice that builds strength, calms the mind, and brings everyone closer together. That’s why we incorporate into our programs regularly.
