Real change begins in our communities. The true heroes are those working quietly at the grassroots, creating hope, dignity, and opportunity where it’s needed most.

Yesterday’s meeting with our technical working group was more than just planning — it was a reaffirmation of our commitment to gender justice in Uasin Gishu County. With the representative from State Department for Gender , County Government of Uasin Gishu Department of Gender, and the North RIFT Theatre Ambassadors, UasinGishu Civil Society Network by our side, we mapped out the road ahead.
As the Cabinet reviews the Gender & Community Development Policy, we refuse to sit back and wait. Equality will not be achieved by chance — it will be achieved by action.
This is only the beginning, and we are ready to push, stand stronger, and walk together until gender equality is not just policy, but reality.
