One of us, Mr. Simon Opuru Emuria ( Opuru Emuria ) moved on from this world on Saturday 4th Feb 2023 after a long illness.
Untill his demise he was a law student at Moi University Eldoret Kenya - Foundation of Knowledge . In his brief life he inspired a generation, he would take time and motivate young students across Teso North, who in him they saw a bright future and a leader.
May his soul rest in eternal peace.

OPENING OF THE BUSIA COUNTY LOAN APPLICATION
We confirm that HELB have opened the Busia County Loan Application for both the Undergraduate and TVET product and the Afya Elimu product up to 30th October 2022.
Kindly advise our students ( both continuing & 1st time) to apply by logging into the HELB portal.
